State Secretary Phil Enabnit has been hit with several issues all at once that require his immediate attention and concentration. His health is fine. He will be off line for a time.
With the approval of President Gary Shaulis, I will be assuming the Secretary’s duties for a time, since I am already the Assistant Secretary and will try to get things in order for the Convention.
