Thursday Everyone Boat TOUR - Chicago River Architectural guided tour: Be inspired by the captivating, visual art that is Chicago’s legendary architecture, and the exceptional architects who created this ever-changing, dynamic legacy for all to enjoy and admire. This comprehensive tour will navigate through the heart of the city on all three branches of the Chicago River while your professionally-trained architectural guide tells the story of more than 130 years of innovation in design, style and technique and why it is important today.  Beverages can be purchased on board. We will leave the hotel at 9:00 AM to catch the 10:30 cruise. Cost per person $35.00 for the tour

Lunch after tour completes will be at: Club Lucky Italian Buffet the menu will be: Bread/Butter; Bruschetta; Fried Calamari; Club Lucky antipasti salad; Penne aglio e olio; Chicken Francese with broccolini, Tiramisu, Coffee, teas & sodas.  Cost per person $35.00 for the lunch

Friday Spouses Tour of the Chicago Botanic Gardens; Depart the hotel at 8:30 am for a 10:30 am guided tour.  Grand Tram tour is a 35-minute narrated tour departing on the hour starting at 10 a.m. Travels 2.6 miles showing the entire garden grounds: highlights of 81 acres of lakes, 9 garden islands, and panoramic views of these beautiful gardens.  Followed up with  a tour in a habitat filled with more than 500 butterflies native to South America, North America, and Africa, as well as Illinois.  There will be a group box lunch @ 12:30 PM Cost per person $30.00 inclusive, for tour, butterfly exhibit and lunch.  You will also receive a 10% discount in any of their stores.

Friday Evening Get-Together at the hotel will feature a Chicago style buffet: Lou Malnati's Pizza surrounded by hors devour's Cost per person $15.00 and a cash bar will be available, 6:30 PM to 9:00 PM

Lunch Friday 6/14 for the Guys:

Deli meat and cheese tray; smoked turkey, ham, roast beef with cheddar, Swiss and American cheese slices; sliced tomato and pickles; sandwich breads; Grandma's cole slaw, potato salad; pasta salad; assorted jumbo cookies, tomato bisque; coffee and tea included.  Cost per person $15.00

Lunch Friday 6/15 Spouses Tour:

Box lunch: Selections includes Seasonal Side Salad, Chocolate Chunk Cookie and Starbucks Fresh Brewed Regular Coffee, Decaf Coffee, Tea, and Ice Water.  Please choose your sandwich from one of these three selections:

• Smoked Ham, Gruyere, Grain Mustard, Tomato, Pretzel Baguette
• Herb Roasted Turkey Breast, Brie, Tomato, Cranberry Mustard, Potato Bread.
• Avocado, Smoky Black Bean Spread, Roasted Red Peppers, Grilled Red Onions, Queso Fresco, Shredded Romaine, Whole Grain Bread

  Cost per person $30.00 for tour and lunch

Wolcott Luncheon Saturday 6/15 for Everyone:

Garden fresh tossed salad with 3 dressings; rolls & butter; Choice of Chicken Marsala, Orange Roughy or Beef Sirloin; garlic roasted red potatoes; grilled zucchini; apple pie ala mode; coffee& tea.  Cost per person $28.00

Installation Banquet Saturday 6/15 for Everyone:

French onion soup with croutons; Caesar salad; slow braised boneless beef short ribs in a Merlot wine demi glaze sauce; OR Baked Salmon; green beans & carrots; chocolate pecan caramel cheesecake; coffee & tea.  Cost per person $35.00
