MEALS For Friday and Saturday are listed on the registration page. If coming in early or staying late, meals are on your own.
TRANSPORTATION- If flying in the closest airport to the hotel is Tampa International. The hotel offers free shuttle service to and from.
Member Event Online registration cut off will be January 5th, 2023. All Members Attending Must Register as to ensure we have enough materials and seating for all attending. If you do not register, your seating is not guaranteed.
This is a required meeting for ALL Association Presidents by virtue of the office you hold - being a member of the Governing Board. If you can not attend, you are directed to appoint a proxy using this PDF FORM.
All HTI Executive Officers and Association Presidents shall complete an activity report for the period 7/1/22 to 12/31/22 using this PDF Form or MS Word Form. Deadline to the International Secretary is Monday, January 9th!

· 1 pm - 4:30 pm: Continuation of Midyear Meeting{Meeting room}
· 5:30 pm – Meet In Hotel Lobby For Dinner Cruise
· 6:00 pm – Depart From Hotel for Dinner Cruise
· 10:00 pm – Return To Hotel Lobby From Dinner Cruise
