This is a required meeting for ALL Association Presidents by virtue of the office you hold - being a member of the Governing Board.  If you can not attend, you are directed to appoint a proxy using this PDF FORM.

All HTI Executive Officers and Association Presidents shall complete an activity report for the period 7/1/21 to 12/31/21 using this PDF FORM or MS Word FORM.  Deadline to the International Secretary is Monday, January 13th!

·      1 pm - 2 pm: Additional Time if needed {Meeting room}

·      1pm – 2:30 pm: Heroes of 76 degree {Lodge room}

·      2:30 pm – 4 pm: Sword of Bunker Hill {Lodge room}

·      3:30 pm – 4 pm: Registration for GM Conference {Meeting room}

·      4:30 pm – 6:30 pm – Grand Masters Conference {Meeting room}
